Staybridge Suites London - Heathrow Bath Road, An Ihg Hotel

Stayed here with my wife and our children on our first trip to England as a family. We wanted a place to stay by the airport on our first night in the UK before traveling to Scotland. The hotel was very nice. The fitness room has very nice equipment. We got a nice workout, which felt very good after our long trip, and had a good dinner at the on-site restaurant “Hi Pizza” which everyone enjoyed. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We spend about 50 nights a year at a Holiday Inn Express or other IHG hotel and this is one of the nicer ones we’ve been to. Lastly, we want to thank Sam at the front desk for making our stay on Christmas special by being so generous and upgrading us to a very nice suite.

I cancelled another hotel due to bad reviews, i then booked this hotel and i must say ive travelled all over the world and stayed in fantastic hotels, and this is definitely up there with them all!!! From start to finish check in lady was super friendly and really engaged in conversation, then we arrived in our room which was exceptionally clean even the fridge and mirrors!! It was very spacious for a family of four even with 7cases! The bed was super comfy and the bedding smelt brand new and was clean,the bed was very comfy and i suffer from severe back pain and had no issues at all, the bathroom was also exceptionally clean, i was thoroughly amazed by how clean the hotel was this is the first thing that struck me ,aswell as the fresh smell in the entrance, plenty of choice for breakfast also before a flight to new york which was a bonus, a big shout out to Aaron who made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast and were happy with everything! Will definitely return !

Sam at the front desk was great. We asked him for the directions to get around London and he wrote it out for us step by step. Was very polite and has great communication skills. All the staff here is very helpful and polite. They asked us every time if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Rooms are very comfortable. Would like to stay here again when we come back. Breakfast staff was great.

Honestly, the 1 star reviews and their pettiness are astonishing, I'm so glad we ignored them and chose to stay overnight at the Staybridge. It was our first time here having tried most other Heathrow hotels and what a delight it was. Despite going off on a luxury holiday we found ourselves kind of wishing the hotel coming with us! It was a fabulous place to kick off the trip and is now the only place we will look to stay in the future in Heathrow. The room was spacious, silent, superbly equipped and clean. The facilities downstairs were again spacious, offered a variety of seating and workspace options and the breakfast perfect for our needs. The self-serve mini shop was also very handy. Honestly, try it if only once for yourself and see what you think, for the price we thought it absolutely superb. Also, the adjoining pizza restaurant (after a pre-booked pub let us down by being rammed) served one of the best stone baked pizzas I've ever had. This is a solid 5 star review worthy venue, we actually are looking forward to coming back.
